Registration

• IPNE Member - BBF Author Signing – $80.00
  Saturday 9/26 and Sunday 9/27, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You must be logged in to the website first to receive the discounted member rate. You get a 1/2-hour block at IPNE table. Time must be arranged, but generally first-come-first-choice. Sign up the sooner the better, to be sure you are included in the general book-festival literature as well the IPNE catalog. Author or other representative of publisher may sell copies of books to sign at this event. We do not have facilities or personnel to handle sales by IPNE, so author or publisher must handle the sales, or arrange for other volunteers to do so.
• IPNE Member - BBF catalog half-page display ad – $80.00
  You must be logged in to the website first to receive the discounted member rate. A half-page display ad that you provide (format in Word, JPG, anything that we can insert.) Pages are 8.5 x ll, so graphic must be no larger than 7-3/4 x 5-1/4.
• IPNE Member - BBF catalogue listing with book graphic – $30.00
  You must be logged in to the website first to receive the discounted member rate. The listing with book graphic will be 2" high, with up to 25-word description plus title, ISBN, and price. To be listed in the catalog, send us a copy of the book for display, or a small stack of flyers. ( Please note - IPNE cannot be responsible for returning items to you. Any books left over at the end may be donated to the library or sold with proceeds going to the book festival.)
• IPNE Members - Volunteer for table staffing, and sell your listed books while on-duty
  If you attend, and volunteer time at the booth, you may sell copies of your books while on-duty if you wish. However, this must be done in a way that will not disrupt the rest of the displays, signings, etc. The most productive time to do this will be after an author signing. The book you sell must be one for which you have a paid display / catalog listing. No charge--but we want to know who is volunteering for scheduling purposes.
• Non-member - Author signing – $100.00
