    I will be unable to attend the luncheon or Special Sales workshop.

    Please note: Non-members who arrive and join in person at the half-price rate may participate in the Annual Meeting at 10 am.
  • Annual Meeting & Discussion - 10-11:30 am; Buffet Luncheon: 11:30 am- 12:30 pm; Workshop: 1-2 pm. At the workshop, veteran book designer Cate Barr will focus on critical elements of the successful book covers and how to avoid common mistakes; and she'll touch on fonts, size and format choice, best practices for interior book design, and factors to consider in conversion to eBook formats. Bring your book in case we have time for a quick design review!

Learn about your organization and help shape our future! You are cordially invited to join other IPNE members at the Annual Meeting on Dec. 6.

After a round of reports from IPNE teams like Membership, Finance, Events, Vendor Discounts, and Marketing, the Nominating Committee will present a slate of board officers for a voice vote by active attending members. Advance email ballot votes by active emmbers will be merged with the ballots cast live on Dec. 6. We'll hold a Q&A and discussion session after the meeting, so bring some ideas and questions!

The location is the Cambridge Innovation Center, One Broadway, 14th Floor, Cambridge, MA. There is parking underneath the building, and  you'll need to obtain an entry pass at the desk in the lobby. MAP

There is no cost to attend the annual meeting; lunch and the afternoon workshop is just $20 for IPNE members; $35 for non-members. Renewals and new memberships are half-price ($25) at the Annual Meeting.

She'll also touch on fonts, size and format choice, best practices for interior book design, and factors in print-to-eBook conversions. Bring your own book for critique and review by Cate!
